From the acclaimed director of 'Once', 'Sing Street' is a heartfelt musical drama with a soundtrack featuring The Cure, Duran Duran, The Police and The Clash.
In 1980s Dublin, Conor’s family have fallen on hard times. When he’s transferred to a new school, he and his friends decide to form a band called Sing Street.
Forced into new surroundings and out of his comfort zone, he meets Raphina, a mysterious, beautiful girl who wants to be a model. In a bid to impress her, he invites her to star in a music video. Unfortunately, he can’t actually play any instruments yet.
