Born in 1963 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Gaspar Noé has earned the reputation of being one the most iconoclastic auteurs working in cinema today. His most notable works include the visceral and shocking drama ‘Irreversible’, starring Monica Bellucci and Vincent Cassel, which premiered to a rousing commotion from audiences and critics alike at the Cannes Film Festival in 2002, whilst his psychedelic melodrama ‘Enter The Void’ received a 15-minute standing ovation a few years later. ‘Love’ premiered at the Grand Theatre Lumière in the Midnight Screenings section at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival.
