Charlotte Rampling was born in 1946 in Essex, UK. She is best known for her sexually provocative roles including her portrayal of a concentration camp survivor who engages in a sadomasochistic relationship with her Nazi torturer in the 'The Night Porter' (1974). Rampling has appeared in several English language, French and Italian films. In 2001 she was made an OBE and received France's Legion of Honour in 2002.
John C. Reilly was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1965. He made his debut in ‘Casualties of War’ (1989), and has since appeared in over 50 films. He is celebrated for his versatility, appearing in dramas such as ‘We Need To Talk About Kevin’ (2011) to musicals (he was nominated for an Oscar for his role in 'Chicago' (2002)) and comedies. He has worked alongside directors such as Paul Thomas Anderson, Brian De Palma, and Roman Polanski.
Jérémie Renier was born in 1981 in Brussels, Belgium. He made his film debut with the critically acclaimed 'La Promesse' (1996), directed by Luc and Jean-Pierre Dardenne. He has subsequently collaborated on many of the Dardenne brothers films such as 'The Child' (2005) and 'The Kid with a Bike' (2011). He became better known to international audiences for his roles in 'Atonement' (2007) and 'In Bruges' (2008).
Sam Riley was born in 1980 in Leeds. He is best known for the role of Ian Curtis in 'Control' (2007), in which he plays the lead signer of the 1970s band Joy Division, and for which he won a selection of awards including the British Independent Film Award for Most Promising Newcomer and a BAFTA nomination. In 2012, he starred in Walter Salles' adaptation of 'On the Road', opposite Kristen Stewart.
